Roasting Methods

The farmers we source our beans from put an extraordinary effort into cultivating our beans. Ueshima Coffee Houses take this care very serious, and utilize different types of roast depending on the variety of beans. Our original freezing method seals the excellent aroma inside the beans, to maintain freshness. Our blended coffee is made from 100% extra roasted Coffee arabica beans, and we believe this is the best method for extracting the natural sweetness of the coffee beans.

Beans

Ueshima Coffee own its own coffee farms in Jamaica and Hawaii, with strict quality controls to provide consistently excellent coffee with a superior taste. Highly-trained agricultural engineers maintain optimal conditions on the farms, and oversee the growth of the coffee trees. This strict attention to quality control continues after the beans' arrival in Japan, under the supervision of our experienced coffee appraisers.
